Sabbath Salutations 07302010
Hello everyone! I have included this evening a Sabbath Salutations video. I discuss briefly our need for active, living faith and the blessing of being able to take part in Sabbath services and activities in the Church which serve to increase the unity and faith of the body of Christ. Just so you know, I am aware that I say, “Hebrews 11 chapter 6.” I have to laugh at myself when I do things like that. It just slipped out! Oh well, I hope you find the video helpful. God bless.

Rocket Launch a soaring success!
The Rocket Launch weekend in Wisconsin was a soaring success. 78 were in attendance at services on the Sabbath and there was a very good turn out today for the Rocket Launch and picnic at Bong State Park. The weather could not have been more beautiful and we can certainly thank God for that. After the picnic and bake-off, we drove a short distance to view a steady flow of rockets streaming into the sky. Some rockets had surprises like gliders which detached and flew in circles back down to earth, while others measured 5, 6, and 8 feet in length and really packed some punch! All this on a very well-designed launching system that ensured safety and made the launch function very well.

3-2-1…Blast-off!!! This weekend is the Wisconsin rocket launch and my family and I made our way to my brother and sister-in-laws’ house on Thursday. On the drive into area around Sussex the rain was pouring down which made driving more “interesting” to say the least, but God blessed our trip and we did arrive safely. News reports showed that there was flooding and tornadoes across the area. Scenes of cars stranded with water up to the door handles were being highlighted on TV.
