Seasonal effectiveness?
This has been a great day. I almost feel bad about how much more joy I experience when the weather turns warm and sunny! I’m like a grizzly bear coming out of a long hibernation. I seem jubilant and more industrious. I’m sure others must feel this way too. What do those in tropical regions do? Wonderful warm weather without end. They must just be high achievers and exuding joy year ’round I suppose. Anyway, I’m soakin’ it up and I hope you are too. Have a great week!
Are you learning?
William Shakespeare is quoted as saying, “O! this learning, what a thing it is.” Do you and I feel this way? Is this how we approach the learning process in our lives. One thing that I’ve seen recently is those senior citizens in nursing homes who continue stay sharp and aware. How do they maintain this, some even into their 90′s? They learn.
Winter Weekend approaching
While I have enjoyed the time off work after leaving my previous place of employment, having a regular schedule and regimen of work will be a much-welcomed addition to my daily schedule come the first of January. I have made the time off profitable time though. I have been studying, reading, writing, and spending quality time with the fam.
