Pushing the boundaries
It seems that Hollywood is in a never-ending battle, one studio against another, to continue to push the boundaries of what the masses will accept and what will gain the audience, and ticket purchasers, that they desire to cover their big budget expenses for, what many consider to be, blockbuster movies. The boundary has been pushed again with the latest release of the movie “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.” An article from USA Today titled, “Fans find ‘Harry Potter’ topless kiss ‘awkward, creepy’” pretty much says it all. Mark Twain will live again
Today marks the 100th anniversary of Mark Twain’s death, April 21, 1910. He was 74 when he passed. A man wracked with failing health and a heavy smoking addiction, Twain lived his life in a manner that is common among those who are without the knowledge of God’s truth and way of life.
